This newly renovated, 2-bedroom condo done in a “shabby chic-beach style” is on the ground floor with direct ocean front views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom.
Featuring tile floors throughout the condo, the kitchen boasts a state of the art GE slide in glass top, oven in a free standing island with pine counter top and a bar that will seat 4 comfortably.
Custom built cabinets in cherry and walnut highlight the deep stainless steel sink set in a concrete counter top with built in drain board.
Stretch out on the large leather sofa in the living room or recline in the lazy boy. Either way, the view is wonderful whether gazing across the water or watching your favorite show on the large-screen Sony television.
The master bedroom has a luscious, pillow-top king sized bed, walk in closet, and TV. The master bath has shower with a seat.
The main bathroom features custom built cabinetry in pine and walnut with the vanity hosting a small chest of drawers perfect for storing clothes.
Second bedroom sports a queen sized bed and includes a TV.
Both bedrooms have solid doors to minimize noise. Extra insulation was used during renovation to buffer sounds from the living room to the bedrooms and from other condos.
Del Mar is a 55 year and older community located just within the city limits of Indian River Shores. This is an active community which uses the beautifully landscaped clubhouse for many social functions during the season.
