Furnished in a bright "Shabby Chic Beach" style, you enter the double French doors from the courtyard into the main living area. The kitchen includes: stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and all utensils, pots and pans. Color TV with cable in the main living area. High Speed internet access in main living area and bedroom. Loads of closet space in the hallway and bedroom. Private bedroom has a Queen sized mattress, desk, chest of drawers and French door looking out on the courtyard. There are ceiling fans in both rooms.

Rental Rates and Reservations for 2/3 Persons:
- 12/1 - 5/31 $1750/month, $700/week
- 6/1 - 11/30 $1250/month, $500/week
- No towels or linens
- $500 deposit cleaning/security deposit
and full rental or 1 month rental, whichever is less, in advance.
- Check In 1500hrs (3:00 pm)
- Check Out 1100hrs (11:00 am)
Early check in or late check out by prior arrangement only.
A credit card and current picture ID is needed for security deposit.
No smoking in apartment. Smokers welcome in the courtyard.
Parking for one car only. No phone.
